Parking and Directions

We are located at Union Avenue and Codjer Lane in the Sudbury Dental Center in Sudbury, Massachusetts. There is ample parking as well as handicap parking and accessibility. For detailed directions and map, please click here.

Office Hours and Emergencies

We are open Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.

If you have an emergency after hours, please call 978-443-4348 for recorded instructions on reaching the doctors.

Cancellations

Appointments are carefully scheduled to provide adequate time for each patient. If you need to change an appointment, please provide us 48 hours advance notice so we can offer the time to someone who is waiting for treatment.

Insurance and Payment

We ask for payment when treatment is performed. Payment options are check, cash, credit card or other financing options, as needed.

We will submit insurance forms for you and will do all we can to help you utilize your insurance.

Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental patients are asked to pay their patient co-pays at time of service. If you have any questions about payment, please feel free to contact us.
